Episode 012: Thoughts from Mom-nonymous

Episode 012: I Will Survive with special guest Carolyn Luckett Well I did listen to you and The Boyfriend’s podcast. This one hit on a different line of experiences. Strange from the start. Not only did they both sign up for the military, but neither ended up going in. They had very different ideas on where this would go. She apparently did not have much girl talk with a close girlfriend or her Mom during any of this. I do understand that back then one didn’t admit to your Mom when you thought you made a mistake because of  shame in marrying the wrong guy. But once it’s physical whom else would you trust to help??? She endured so much especially during her pregnancies and eventually leading into legally fighting over the kids. Unfortunately, it dragged on for a long time, but she is finally in a happy place today. Hopefully much smarter and a lot stronger. I wish her the best. She certainly shared it all. The Boyfriend –I think you asked really good questions. The two of you did your research prior and that added a lot. Good podcast. Be proud. I am. Episode 011: Thoughts from Mom-nonymous

Episode 011: On The Other Side, Marc Adam Smith Marcs’ one-year marriage made for your shortest podcast. He had a different take on divorce than the others for the reason he really didn’t have as much invested in to it. Also, he and his wife came from broken homes of sorts and were so young. No big deal. They just moved on and away from one another. Their investment wasn’t solid going in. It’s probably why he really never talked about it to you or many of his friends. But I enjoyed it. Episode 010: Thoughts from Mom-nonymous

Episode 010: What Might Have Been with special guest Brian Baron Thanks for sending this week’s podcast. I listened to it last night. I think we got his entire biography — so thorough with an occasional back track. Very funny guy. He must have been sucking on a slurpee or snorting cocaine from time to time. [editors note: he was smoking/vaping] I wish he would’ve shared what he did for a living after saying that he had lived in Manhattan twice. Also, he mentioned the therapy they all took part in –very expensive –and he said his grown son was still going. His wife was greatly influenced by her family. That may be really why it failed. I don’t agree with him on saying you really know everything you know about a person 1st time you meet. Not enough red flags show up from the get go. I did enjoy it though. Thanks for sending it Love Mom Each week Mom-nonymous shares her thoughts on the episode. Mom-nonymous is a wife, mom, and listener of Life Lafter Divorce Podcast. Episode 009: Enter Sandman with special guest David Mayan That was soooo interesting and really nice that you and The Boyfriend had great questions. You should have shown him the picture of you sound asleep on your closet floor when you were 3 years. Nothing bothered you then. GREAT advertising for David too.
